Orchard City Tattoo was established in 2014 by artist Kevin Kowalski. Prior to that he tattooed in the Sacramento area as well as in Illinois for 8 years starting his apprenticeship in 2006. The shop is upstairs and has thousands of designs to choose from. The artists that work at the shop are capable of drawing up a custom design catered to your ideas as well. The shop is inviting and the artists are friendly. Walk-ins welcome!
